Mabel'S House Hotel - Kennebunkport

The location is stunning and lovely, it's very close to Mabel's restaurant and all the local attractions-beach, shops, and Bush complex. The breakfast is delicious served with an amazing chef, juice and also the scrumptious creme brulee french toast.

Mabel's House served up some killer pastries nearby, especially at Mabel's Lobster Claw, just steps away! The corners of that quaint spot whisper tasty tales. Plus, the easy walk to the beach and charming downtown made life oh-so-sweet.

A bit of a head-scratcher with shared door codes-was like we were in a suspense flick! And a shelf in the bathroom would've been fab, as we had to juggle our essentials.

The cozy Cove Side Cottage met all my needs perfectly. The contactless check-in felt smooth, and I appreciated the follow-up to ensure everything was okay. Every morning, they provided adorable personalized breakfast bags with yogurt, fruit, and pastries. I loved how they took my request for Splenda into account the very next morning. The location was fantastic, right by the tidal cove, perfect for a kayaking adventure. Watching sunsets at Colony Beach was a highlight. I enjoyed exploring local shops and had delicious meals at Mabel's Lobster Claw. The room itself was small, and I ran into issues with parking due to tight spaces. The breakfast options, while cute, felt a bit limited compared to what I'd expect at that price point. While the staff did their best, having a more substantial breakfast spread would improve the experience. Still, the overall charm of the place was good.

The cozy atmosphere. I loved lounging on the Adirondack chairs by the serene pond-talk about the perfect spot for sunset views! Plus, the personalized breakfast bags were such a cute touch-who doesn't love a little character to start the day?

Charming stay with great location

The Beautiful Queen Room offered comfy bedding, a walk-in shower, and a view of the pond. Loved the outdoor seating area for relaxation. Breakfast was served in personalized bags, with items like croissants and rich coffee. Plus, easy access to the beach and nearby shops added to the charm.

WiFi was great and staff super friendly. Parking was tight and no pets allowed.

Very nice brunch with a delicious lobster risotto, and the cozy atmosphere made for a perfect getaway! I would return for the scrumptious meals and attentive service.

We stayed in the Beautiful Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was compact but cozy, with a nice touch to the decor. The beds were super comfortable. The towels were fluffy and fresh too. The only downside was that I wished there were more bathroom shelves for our stuff-it was a bit cramped there. A pleasant room experience!
